come with a Bill of Sale and MCO for you to register title.
Auction Terms: Please

Warranty: We have a
complete line of parts. The GOKART has a 1YEAR limited warranty
on engines. Warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, like tire or brake
pads, plastic body, seat, lights, shocks, and battery. etc… Warranty does not
cover accident or collision damage. If there is damage to any parts when
received, must notify us within 3 days for warranty to be valid. We will provide
the replacement parts free of charge, but not the labor and freight. When
replacement parts are required for repair during the warranty period, please
return the defective parts to us at your cost. Our trained professionals will
conduct examination and determine appropriate parts. Please be reminded that
replacement parts will not be shipped until after we received and tested the
defective parts. All sales are final, no returns or refund.
