Item Tracking:
We automatically send tracking information to all customers with an email address so you can easily track your package. Please check your email and click on the supplied link from the shipping company to track your item. Â Â Exceptions are packages shipped through USPS.
Handling and Delivery Times:
Every package order placed with Craig’s Affordable Tools is picked and packed with care and shipped the same day if payment is received before 3:00 PM Eastern Time zone. You can expect you item within 2-5 business days of shipment. Items weighting over 70 LBS are not eligible for guaranteed delivery times.Â

The prices listed in our ad reflect standard ground shipping and handling charges delivered to a commercial address, residential address or freight dock located in the lower 48 US States. Customers must have means to unload residential freight by themselves or have it shipped to a freight dock for later pick up. Most freight items will be shipped the same day as payment is received. Lift gate service, inside delivery, construction site delivery, guaranteed delivery and international residential delivery are all extra service charges. We will contact you if any of these charges apply. Please include your company name, active phone number, email address and delivery address with your order or payment.
Canada Shipping Policy:
We currently use UPS, USPS and Dayton Freight for our Canadian shipping. USPS is our first choice for shipping to Canada due to the lack of duty collected by the government.
Please include your telephone number with your order. No International orders will ship without a valid phone number. The listed shipping price does not include extended delivery areas. If you are in an extended service area we will contact you for the extra shipping charges.

We currently use UPS Worldwide Expedited (2-5 days) and USPS Priority Mail International for our International shipping. Customers are responsible for all tariffs and duties for international shipments. To check tariff costs call US Dept. of trade 800-872-8723.

Shipping Damage:
In the rare event that your item arrived damaged please call customer service at 734-224-7758. We may ask you to take pictures of the damages and email them to us.
Customers are welcome to pick products to save on shipping costs Monday – Friday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Sorry no Weekend pickups! Please call 734-322-3283 before you come to pick up your item as all items are in not stock at our warehouse.

A $20 loading and service charge fee will be charged per pickup visit. We will also add 6 % Michigan Sales Tax to all pickup invoices.
Cash in person is the preferred way of payment for pickup customers. We accept all major credit cards at the time of pickup. Sorry, no checks for customer pickups.

Sales Tax:
Craig’s Affordable Tools collects sales tax on item shipped or picked up in Michigan (6.0%).
Return Policy:
7 Day Money Back Guarantee from Delivery Date!
Our return policy gives you 30 days from the date of delivery to return any product, provided it’s new, unused and in the original packaging as received.
If an item is opened and deemed to be defective within 30 days from the date of delivery, please return the item to us and we will replace it with an identical item or issue full credit. All return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Sorry, we cannot accept returns for any reason after 30 days from the date of delivery.
When returning an item please write the reason for the return on a piece of paper and place it inside the box. We also require the customer to clearly write the RGA# on the outside of the box. No returns will be accepted without a rga#. Please contact our customer service department at 734-224-7758 for a return goods authorization number.
If the item is returned and not in 100% new sellable condition, we will credit 75% of the original selling price minus shipping and handling costs.
