New #35 pitch 12 tooth Max-Torque Clutch for 5/8 shaft, includes 2 set screws, metal shoes engage at 2000 RPM. Stainless steel spring, works clockwise or counterclockwise, oilite bearings for long life and has two mounting set screws.Rated for up to 8 hp. For years we have replaced clutches that were burnt up and torn apart due to over heating, for operator use. We will no longer do this. The only reason that a clutch will burn up is from the engine not having enough RPMs to enguage the clutch or being over loaded due to gear ratio being incorrect. We guarantee the clutch to be free of defects prior to shipping. We will only exchange if it has not been installed.
