This is a good used 5 hp briggs and stratton bearing side cover. This is the desired side cover for building racing carts because it will support the bearing on the crank shaft!!!! It was removed from a model 130232 newer style briggs. It is in good working condition. The governor is included but can not be guranteed to work.
