Briggs Flathead Raptor Engine Parts Dyno Cams For Go Kart Racing Engines
This auction is for an assortment of Briggs Flathead Raptor engine parts and blocks. The auction includes the following: 3 – New 6061 aluminum head support brackets. 1 – Used flathead “Red” I/C block (steel bore) with crankcase cover. The block is standard bore, and is basically untouched. The block will need to be blueprinted for racing use. The block is a dual bearing, and the crankcase cover fits the smaller .792 bearing. 1 – Used flathead “Red” I/C block (steel bore) with crankcase cover. The lifter bores have been countersunk, and the lifter bore has been welded. CV valve guides have been installed, and the ports have been ported per IKF and WKA stock specs. The block has also been decked, and the valve spring pockets have been relieved for fast ramp cams. Coil bind will come in around .380-.400 depending on springs and retainers used. 2 – New index washer kits. Each kit contains 10 each of .019″, .025″, and .033″. 1 – New 6061 aluminum starter nut to fit flathead crank. The starter nut has a 3/4″ hex for use with 3/4″ sockets. 2 – Used flathead crankshafts with the larger 1.000″ PTO. One crankshaft journal measures .996″, and the other journal measures .995″. These measurements are averages taken from top to bottom, and side to side. Both cranks are in great condition. 3 – New jet blocks. Each block holds 10 flathead jets. 1 – Used ARC billet rod (Arc # 6350) stock length 3.875″ in excellent condition. It’s missing the inserts (Arc # 6392). The rod has the forced oil dipper. 2 – Used flathead stock cylinder heads. These heads are very clean, and will need to be milled per your application. 1 – Semi-used piston and rod assembly for the flathead. This combination was taken out of a new freshened engine to install a mod piston and longer billet rod. The piston is 0.30″ and has rings on it. The piston, rod, and rings have one dyno pull on them. They are practically new, but they are in a sense used, as they have one dyno pull on them. 1 – Used 99-3 Dyno Cam in very good condition. Comes with cam card.
