Briggs&Amp;Stratton 5hp Tiller Snowblower Minibike Go Cart Engine

Briggs & Stratton 5 hp engine removed from a garden tiller I believe. I do not know the history of the engine except it has no spark. It spins free and has no knocking internal noises when the engine was assembled by pulling the rope recoil which is also listed. The shaft is a keyed 3/4″ x 2 1/4″ Please use the picture as your guide. Rest of it is listed. Thank you.
