This is go cart is being sold “as is” and is not running and is not fully assembled.- The motor does not start, but all motor parts are attached.- The go cart has a belt drive system but has been taken apart and I am not sure how to get it back together. The green plate in the picture goes under the cart after the belts are attached. The bin contains the parts for the belt drive.- Two extra belts, a parts list, owners pamplet and tether cord are included.- Back tires are flat but just need inflated.When the belt drive system is attached, the go cart has a maximum speed of 3.5 mph on low and 6.5 mph on high.The seat is adjustable for heights.
