Collapsible Pads and Seat Inserts. APRO is a multi-impact bead that will absorb
and reabsorb crash energy again and again and again. Product has a greater
elasticity allowing it to absorb impact and return to its initial shape with a
greater integrity. The material’s resilience offers greater design flexibility
allowing intricate shapes to be molded with smoother surface textures. BALD SPOT SPORTS
multi-impact racing seats are currently used in all forms of motorsports
protecting the driver. Everything from Vintage Racers to the top level
Nascar/IndyCar/NHRA Drivers. We NOW have it available for the Karting Industry.

I have enclosed 3 photos of our safety bumper for the steering
column.

The first photo is the overall look.

Second photo shows the wrapped bumper and aluminium plate standing
proud from the steering wheel.

Third photo shows the over sized bobbins securing it to the wheel.

As with any safety device or structure you want to have multiple
smaller impacts before direct contact with a stationary item.

1st. Impact, Body to Steering Wheel: The Bumper is an BALD SPOT SPORTS 
(SFI 45.2 certified) material which has greater elasticity, allowing it to
absorb impact and return to its initial shape with greater integrity.This says
it absorbs and reabsorb crash energy again and again and again. Thus making it
a multiple crash energy structure tested by the Indy Racing League hitting it
15 times at 70 G’s without losing any structure or performance. This product is
currently used in all levels of racing: Vintage Racers to the top
IndyCar/Nascar/NHRA Teams.

2nd. Impact: Aluminium Plate that ARPRO is affixed to bends down
to make contact with outside of the steering wheel spokes.

3rd. Impact: Steering wheel starts to bend.

4th. Impact: Steering wheel attachment hardware bends inside the
bobbins in the third photo.

This all happening prior to the body making contact with the
stationary steering column. Product does not endorse that a driver cannot
sustain injury from a motor racing accident as all racing is a dangerous sport.

Dr. Trammel and his crew of safety directors along with Jeff
Horton, Safety Director IRL are very excited with this newly developed product
