Definately not a go cart, definately a small race car with its 4 wheel coil over suspension system this is 3/4 size of an Indy car, & YES IT IS A BLAST TO DRIVE
Malibu Virage 3/4 scale Indy car
This is a fine example of the Indy style carts that were so popular in the 80’s & 90’s at the Malibu Grand Prix in Malibu, CA
Powered by a new Electric start Honda 620cc 18 HP V twin, Has about 4 hrs run time on engine.
Will run approx 60 MPH as clocked on my GPS
The wheelbase of this Virage cart is 72 inchs & is 57 inches wide, total length from nose to tail is 118 inches. Not sure of the weight but would guess around 600 – 700 lbs.
In very good overall condition, frame & suspension components are excellent with no damage, no repairs, & no rust. Tires are like new with plenty of life left in them and NO dryrotting. Front brake calipers were recently rebuilt & pads have plenty of wear left on them, front brakes work excellent. The right rear wheel cylinder started leaking last time I was out riding recently & rear brakes worked great also before slave cylinder leak. I will provide new owner with information to get brake parts, they aren’t hard to locate as they are the same as used on alot to EZ GO golf carts, a new wheel cylinder is about $90.
In good running condition but as with any motor vehicle you are buying this item as-is with no warranty expressed or implied in anyway, we are disclosing all known problems/issues with item in listing.
