THIS IS A D-44 ENGINE, MANY OF THE SAME PARTS AS A MAC 10.  I MAY BE WRONG, HAVE BEEN BEFORE, BUT THINGS CHECK, THE PUSHROD DRIVEN POINTS, THE REMOVEABLE HEAD, THE TAPERED PTO CRANKSHAFT.   CERTAINLY LOOKS LIKE A MAC 10.    BORE LOOKS PRETTY GOOD   THE INSIDE COVER NEEDS REPLACING AND THERE IS NO FLYWHEEL OR HEAD COVER.  NO INTAKE, CARBURETOR OR STUFFER   KEYWAY GREAT   MAKE A NICE CLONE MAC 10             i was told by a knowledgeable mcculloch person that this is smaller than a mac 10.    the mac 10 has a 2.125 inch bore as compared to the d-44’s 2.000.      that means the d-44 has about 72 ccs compared to a mac 10’s     80-87 cc’s.
