This is a complete Tecumseh Motorsports Star Engine. The star engine was based off the hm100 and hm80 with alot of performance upgrades such as billet rod, cam, springs, valves. These engines are almost 22ci and have a ton of torque. These engines stock put out 16-18hp. This engine has been well taken care of and runs great! It is complete as you can see. It has the tecumseh motorsports billet rod and stock piston. It was on an open race kart but I have built a new engine for it. This engine has about 10 races on it and never turned over 6200 rpm. Still runs great as is but wouldnt hurt to do a valve job and some new rings. That always wakes these engines up. I have a starter i used but it can be pullstarted if you added a pullstart to it.. Has same mounting pattern as 5hp briggs or tecumseh and probably many others. It is also about the same height as those engines. less than an inch taller. comes with a haddock built tillotson alky carb. (can trade for gas carb if you prefer).
