Go Kart 2003 Nevoso

2003 Nevoso Complete go kart very similar to the picture. Has a skull on front but will be painting the steering column black just like the rest of the kart. Set up for Jr. sportsman Class. I bought the kart, a year ago and it has been used once and never raced since my son has had it. The gentleman i bought it from  completely dissassembled it and rebuilt every part on it. This Kart is fast and ready to race. I was told it has been clocked between 55 and 65 mph.

Here is what was done:   stripped chassis and powder-coated silver.   All the rear bearings were replaced with new, and a third bearing was added for extra stabilizability. New easys bleed master cylinder, New rear frame bushings. Added Front caster bolts for added adjustablity.  New accelerator cable.  New aluminum floor pan,  New gear and chain.  / ENGINE:  Rebored Cylinder, New Piston, pin, ring. New bearings, New clutch, KRT/Horstman HDC-5a. The only thing that would need to be replaced is the air cleaner tube split and needs to be replaced. This is also how it shuts off. you simply put your hand over the air cleaner ports and it suffocates the engine. A kill button could easily be added as well. The Engine is 100cc!!!!
