McCulloch 93 Go Cart 2 Cycle Engine

Mac 93 2 cycle go cart engine. It was taken off a go cart and replaced with twin engines. It spins freely, I put a spark plug in to see if it had compression and the carburetor is over-sized. There is a mounting bracket that would clamp to a go cart frame. There is no recoil to try to start it, but it has a pulley that works off of an optional starter. There is a metal ID plate riveted to the block, reading: McCulloch Corp USA, Model #400165D, Serial # 16-14686. It has a tapered shaft that has left handed threads extending 2″ from the block. The threaded part of the shaft is approx. 5/6″ in diameter, and after the taper it appears to be 9/16″ on the flat part of the shaft.
